Interview
Three separate sessions.
The first session was a Teams call with the HR recruiter who explained the interview format and structure, also explained about the culture and structure of the firm.
The second session was an interview with the Senior Manager. Typical STAR format questions.
The third and last session was an interview with the Partner. No STAR questions. General questions about my background and my preference for the role.
Got rejected after the third session under the grounds of me not having a financial services sector background. This question should have been asked at the first session itself. There was no clear mention of this requirement at the job description.

The interview process last month for the SAP technology role was seamless and highly professional. The interviewers were encouraging, knowledgeable, and created a welcoming atmosphere. It is clearly a fantastic place to work, featuring a collaborative culture, cutting-edge technology projects, and excellent opportunities for career growth.

terrible interview experience. An AI tool reached out to schedule interview. I was approached by two different recruiters for two different roles. One had the camera off and another one never showed up to the interview.
The one who had the camera off during my screening interview reached out to me only to say that the hiring managers didn't see a fit (why didn't they shared the resume before even getting into the screening interview?).
For the one who never showed up, I had no way to reach out to the recruiter and the AI tool didn't offer a way to contact.
I wonder how much of human skills like respect for the time of the person who is interviewing is necessary for these companies to consider before even switching to an AI recruitment system.

Processo abbastanza normale, un primo contatto telefonico seguito da un colloquio con il manager, dopo un paio di settimane senza risposta è stato necessario un follow up per sapere se avessi passato o meno lo step, successivamente c'è stato lo step finale con il partner
