Online application, tedious online assessment/interview followed by Assessment Centre which is competency-/skills-based, fun as you get to play a VR game. Know a bit about the company and what they do + general tech trends, serious technical knowledge not required

How would you handle balancing multiple responsibilities at the same time
why do you want to join? tell me about your past experiences and why would you like to work in Accenture. Also what did you studied in university and which was your favourite subject
Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
