I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Accenture (Hyderābād) in Mar 2010
Interview
Quantitative and verbal aptitude round, similar to CAT, on campus (NIT Warangal), and the selected people had to travel to Hyderabad for a group discussion and personal interview. Group discussion topic was "Love marriage vs arranged marriage", after which almost 60% of the candidates were eliminated. After this, there was a personal interview where I was asked basic questions about programming, and asked to show my coding prowess.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
