They offered hike of 1 lakh after the whole selection process was completed wherein the expectation was discussed way earlier in the process. This is literally wasting a candidate's time when you offer them not even 10% hike on their current salary

le processurs commence par un Entretien RH classique. puis entretien avec le manager de l'équipe. Puis un cas avec un expert de l'entreprise, il faut bien réfléchir ! Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
