A preliminary call will be conducted to understand more of your interest after you have done the assessment. I undergone their intern experiential day where shortlisted applicants were assessed via various group activities. Overall it was fun, but you really need to stand out among the crowd if you want to leave a deep impression & aiming for the front office role.
