I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture in Aug 2021
Interview
It was straight forward process. There were 3 rounds of interviews with different managers. Every interview was for 30 minutes. This was online so not sure in-person process. STAR process
le processurs commence par un Entretien RH classique. puis entretien avec le manager de l'équipe. Puis un cas avec un expert de l'entreprise, il faut bien réfléchir ! Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.
The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Noida) in Oct 2025
Interview
Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
