I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Very simple and straightforward process. Even though I was not in the country for the interview, they managed to get it done using online resourced. A very simple interview with the interviewers being very friendly. There were total 3 stages- Screening call with the recruiter, Technical cum behavioral questions with a senior software engineer and finally there was an final behavioral interview with a MD. Overall very relaxed and straightforward process.

Question 1
Gave a situation for designing a data model. Very simple though.
Simple OOPS questions.
Many behavioral questions about many different situations to access you as a team worker, problem solver, etc.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
