Two step process, it could also concentrated into one interview. the profiles involved were two: senior manager and senior analysis. duration of interview, roughly one hour. Overall questions were fair enough, ranging from personality to past experiences to other projects I was thinking to. Active listening is appreciated, and very talkative profiles make good impression. finally very quick in term of response.

Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
