I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2015
Interview
I completed an application form online (September 2015) and waited a couple weeks to receive an email that told me to complete their online video interview. Albeit it was a bit strange recording myself, but it wasn't too bad and it asked technical and HR questions and proceeded for me to have to complete their coding challenge.
I waited a couple more weeks and received a phone call inviting me to their assessment centre in London. The day consisted of being with 4 other applicants and led for me to participate in a group exercise to show individual and team based skills. It then proceeded to have about an hour long technical interview and 20 minute HR interview.
Overall it was quite a hectic experience, but that may of just been due to never really having to do this before.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Accenture? What makes a good Software Engineer? Definitions about Object Orientated Programming(OOP). What is Agile Software Development? Examples of working in a team. Essentially asking a broad spectrum of questions.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
