I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Dec 2015
Interview
Got a reply within few weeks in an e-mail stating I'll be contacted which was then followed by another e-mail giving me a link to a digital interview. I've passed the digital interview however still awaiting to do the group exercise and one-to-one interviews. The digital interview was not very difficult, however there are two coding questions which some people may find difficult. I failed the last coding challenge however I wrote it in the comments (the theory of how to do it, which was correct).
Edit: I went through the assessment centre and it was a very positive experience. You're first grouped with another 4-5 people and have to solve a problem, you're given several solutions and must come to an agreement with the other group members. After the group assessment you are given a HR interview and a technical interview afterwards.
The HR interview asks some soft skill/competency questions (which I sort of struggled to answer) and the technical interview focuses on things like how well you are with team-working, your previous projects, questions about Java such as OOP, garbage collection and some more questions which involve basic understanding of the technical industry.
I found the technical interview much better than the HR interview, because I could speak about things I could explain, but that's personal preference.

Question 1
explain the difficult situation while working in the previous project
The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.

Question 1
Asked me about my past experiences and work titles
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
