Interview
Aptitude Test: This is an online test that assesses your quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and verbal skills. It may also include sections on coding and technical skills depending on the role.
Technical Interview + HR Interview : This interview focuses on your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. You may be asked to write code, solve technical problems, and discuss your projects and internships.
The HR interview evaluates your soft skills, cultural fit, and motivation for joining Accenture. You may be asked about your background, strengths, weaknesses, career goals, and why you want to work at Accenture.
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
