I participated in Accenture Assessment Center with 10 other candidates. It was an interesting experience. First, four members of Accenture's HR department presented us the company and the career path in Accenture. Then, we had four 25-minutes test: a cognitive test, an SQL test and two tests for two major programming languages of our choice (Java, C, C++ etc.). The last part involved a half-hour interview with an HR member.

It took a while to get an interview scheduled but once it was scheduled everything went smoothly. Everyone was courteous, the questions were relevant and good and the overall process was easy to follow.
