Multiple steps, Interview with HR and assessment. Asked about current goals and expectations. Overall interview was smooth. A bit of back and forth. Everyone is very respectful and approachable. They set the expectation clearly. You must have some prior knowledge before joining.

There are four stages for the whole process to be done. The first of which was the assessment which could be either taken online or in-person. Next would be either the HR interview or the Technical interview. If you pass all three, there is still the final interview left.
