Fresh Graduate walk-in. you'll need your CV and TOR. Then they will give you a form after filling it up you will pass it with the requirements you brought. 1st step is Exam. English Exam- a multiple choice exam on how you comprehend English and English Grammar. Then 2nd part of the Exam is Programming/Logic Exam - Multiple Choice and it is quite hard because of the time restriction. but i think i did a good job. then once you pass next step. 2nd Step is Language Assesment after passing the exam you'll be in a one on one english conversation with their recruiter. just be confident and speak clearly and in detail. It's just small talk conversation.
