I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture in Jan 2010
Interview
After a placement test which was more about patience than about intelligence there was a GD. After that came the interviews. Very very easy interviews. There were two rounds. The tech interviewer asked very easy and basic questions. The HR round was actually harder. As in they try and get you under pressure. Just have to be cool and answer them appropriately.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Feb 2010
Interview
Initially we were given presentation by company representatives, which was an hour long.
It was followed by an Aptitude test of 60 mins duration, consisting of 55 questions. questions were of both verbal and non verbal type.
We were given extra 5 mins to write an essay. Our topic was "India in 2020".
Out of the 250 students that appeared for aptitude test, 54 were shortlisted.
It was followed by a technical interview round, where i was asked questions on C ,C++, Java, my project etc.
It was followed by a HR personal interview round. Which was very easy. As it had all personal questions and nothing technical.
Finally the results were announced and 32 out of the 54 shortlisted made through.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2008
Interview
I was recruited via email for an entry-level position in San Francisco, CA. The recruiter was professional and setup a phone interview with another HR Rep. After a successful first interview, i was invited to complete an online skills assessment test. I completed the test and was invited into the San Francisco office for a 1:1 interview. The interview process was broken up into two parts, behavioral and technical with two seperate Managers.
Everyone along the way was friendly and appreciated all questions I asked.
