Interview
It is one of the great employers to hire maximum no of freshers in Mumbai. Though maximum no of freshers are taken from IT, Non-IT backgrounds all over the nation from popular Institutes and universities the company assures lot of interactive training sessions and inductions to develop these individuals into accenturites. The Company holds great core values referred as CORBIS which is combination of great principles for an individual and company ethics. The Seniors make sure to paint you in these colors in a process called getting Accenturised in primary days called Honeymoon Period.

Interview
It was a pool campus. The first round was an aptitude test which also involved quantitative ability and c. After clearing the first round, people were interviewed (only one round). The interview in itself was more technical and did not involve anything which could be described as HR. The chosen people were then offered the job.

Interview
First a phone interview then an aptitude test. After that it was onto their hiring day with a group of about 10 others. They told us more about the company and the position for an hour and took us in for two separate 1 on 1 interviews. One was "hr" and the other was "technical" but they overlapped and had many of the same questions.
