Your interview process will vastly fluctuate based on who your interviewer is. This inconsistency can obviously work in or against your favor. I had interviewers who were very friendly, which as a result greatly improved my performance during the interview. Other interviewers aggressively strove to rattle me; I wasn't use to this given my other friendly interviewers. There is a behavioral and case interview part.

3-steps interview process; composed by a first telephone screening process; a day group interview process with several different group exercises and role-playing tests and a final interview day with 3 different senior managers/directors. I would say that the group-day stressed out my soft skills, while the interviews were business skills-based and motivational-focused. A strong business-case preparation is needed.
