I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
Process was for the strategy analyst development program (ASADP)
Round 1: Two 45 min - 1hr (phone interviews). Almost entirely case interviews and questions you have for them. Want to see confidence, ability to talk with the Manager and ask the right questions.
Round 2: Final Round (In person at the office)
Two 45 min interviews (1 case) (1 sanity interview where they are really drilling into who you are, your background, why you're a good fit, etc.)
Case interviews were definitely the biggest part of the process.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How do you cut customer service costs while improving customer service?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accenture in Feb 2015
Interview
Submitted my resume, given notice of the interview 17 hours before the interview time. The interview consisted of two back to back case interviews, and a bit of small talk, no behavioral questions. Was not asked to return for second round.

Interview
On-campus recruiting included info sessions and social dinner event. The recruiting process culminated in an interview (2 cases) held at my university's career services building which would lead to a second round interview at the Chicago office if you were put through. Upon receiving a first round interview, you would be put in touch with a 'buddy' from Accenture and receive an invite to the dinner. After the interview (which was held on a Monday), you would be notified of your status by Wednesday. Second interviews would be held on Friday.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing too difficult or unexpected. The cases given were relatively straightforward. The first case dealt with finding a way to lower IT spending for a regional bank. The second case was about an oil and gas company that was losing market share in a growing segment of the market.
