I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aerotek (Kalamazoo, MI) in Apr 2018
Interview
Honestly they only asked me a couple questions. My interiors was probably only 10 minutes long. There were roughly 5 questions my recruiter asked. He wasn’t intimidating though. He was very understanding.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aerotek (Greensboro, NC) in Jan 2015
Interview
It was one on one with a different recruiter than I had spoken to on the phone. He asked me several questions, what type of work I was looking for, my experience, etc. Nothing stressful. I filled out a stack of paperwork, typed some information into a computer, gave 2 forms of ID, and high school and college transcripts. I was then given 3 order sheets. One I gave to what seemed to be a sports rehab facility where they tested my physical abilities. I ran, climbed stairs, lifted weight, etc., then I went to get a drug test, then I gave the last sheet to a medical clinic to have my hearing checked.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aerotek (Tipton, IN) in May 2015
Interview
Typical STAR questions. in front of a panel of people. Nothing out of the ordinary from standard processes you'd experience. I did interview "twice" as in I was interviewed once, but then was referred to a different plant for the contract work and "interviewed" there. Basically it was a rehash of the same questions which I could answer in a more refined way
