      Administrative Assistant Interview

      Dec 15, 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Aerotek in Nov 2010

      Interview

The interview process is long. It start with a phone screen, followed by a informational, then a behavior, then a half day. They are really trying to find the culture fit. They screen for motivation and drive. They are looking for people that want career advancement, more specifically people that want to get into sales. They are looking for someone that is willing to work 60 hours a week. They are also looking for a culture fit. They have a very young and up-beat environment. If you were in a fraternity or sorority you are the perfect culture fit. A-type personality and likes hanging out with co-workers after hours etc.
