I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Bellevue, WA) in Apr 2014
Interview
This was one of the worst interview experiences I have had in my entire life. The interview was incredibly unprofessional. The person that I was suppose to interview with was busy so she sent one of her representatives to conduct the interview for her. The woman who interview me had no manners and asked personal questions that made me feel uncomfortable. One question she asked was if my parents paid for my school. I answered yes and she used my answer against me later on in the interview saying that " I don't have enough passion because I grew up privileged". She also told me that I would only find a job in my future because of my "good looks" and that if I didn't have an aggressive attitude towards work then I wouldn't succeed in this job. She said that if I wanted a work-life balance that this position wouldn't be right for me because on average the recruiters at Aerotek work 14 hour days because they need to meet their sales goals. When this interview ended I emailed my interviewer and told her that I did not want to continue with the interview process and to not contact me again.

Interview
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Question 1
What motivates you?
What’s your “why”?
Are you a go-getter?
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
