I applied on LinkedIn. Got to speak to two recruiters over the phone, after my two phone conversations i was scheduled an in person interview. It lasted almost 2 hours. After that was the half day. Started the morning being included in "red zone" talked to three other recruiters. The last thing is another round of face interviews like a panel. The whole process is very manipulative whatever you say they will use against you for you to not leave because of high turnover.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aerotek (Lake Forest, CA) in Aug 2016

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Am I willing to adapt with new environment in Panasonic?
The phone interview was really uncomfortable for me. A woman interviewed me and seemed confused as to why I was even applying and how I was even qualified for the position. She wasn’t friendly or comfortable to talk to, and negatively questioned a lot of details on my resume. If you don’t think I’m qualified at all then don’t give a phone interview. It’s clear that this company phone interviews everyone, qualified or not.
