I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aerotek
Interview
Horrible. Walked in. Got told there were no positions avaliable for them to inquire for me for the field i was asking for when litterally had told me a week earlier that there was positions avaliable. Joke of a hiring agency
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aerotek in May 2019
Interview
Brief but interesting. The interviewer was very friendly throughout the whole process. She described the job. Which was nice because my assumption was I was going to recruit people to the company, b ut it was not correct.

What is your experience in sales? This job is HEAVY in sales.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Tempe, AZ) in May 2019
Interview
I applied through a career fair in March. In April I got a call asking if I was still interested in working there. On that call, the recruiter told me about the pay and a little bit about the culture. I said I was still interested so we set up a phone interview for the next week with the same recruiter. The phone interview lasted about an hour and the recruiter told me at the end of the interview that I would be moving onto the next round.
The next round was about two weeks after the phone interview. This time, it was at the building I would be working in and two recruiter leads interviewed me. This interview also lasted about an hour. They used mostly behavioral questions but they also asked some questions about my goals and the salary I was looking to earn.
A few days later, the recruiter called to tell me that I would be moving onto the final round, which is a job shadow. The job shadow ended up lasting for about 2.5 hours. I sat with three different recruiters and got to ask them whatever questions I had while they took me through a typical day. The job shadow ended with a wrap-up with the person who would be my boss.
The job shadow was on a Tuesday and I was offered the job Thursday morning.
