I applied online. I interviewed at Aerotek (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
First phone interview, then a follow up onsite interview with multiple interviews with behavioral based questions, then a shadow of the recruiters in the office and then the offer. Overall a fairly average process

Question 1
Tell me about situation where you are really competitive?
I interviewed at Aerotek (Alameda, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
I spent a few hours with the recruiter. I was told there were several opportunities for someone with my work history and professional experience. We reviewed my resume together and the recruiter practically demanded I reveal companies I worked for even though I stated the company/person would be revealed once I had secured a position as they would give a reference. Well this was not acceptable to the Recruiter and i was not called for any of the many "opportunities" for someone with my experience.
It went sooth and I was happy with the process and the outcome. It was a good interview and I would recommenced it to others. Stop making me type in 30 words.
