Interview
Long, all about culture and you "why". Your background trumps your actual technical skills. There is an onsite and a half day shadow to see the day to day work operations.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek
Interview
A short first phone interview about some qualifications, then a second interview specifically about your resume, and then and on site interview. I declined before the on site interview. The recruiter became aggressive with getting me the position. I got emails about how to prepare for the interview using the STAR method with resources and walk through and then calls when i did not respond timely.
