I applied online. I interviewed at Aerotek (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied online for a Circuit Board Assembler position. A few days later I received an e-mail from a recruiter asking to call him to schedule a time for an interview. I tried calling a couple times, then again the following week but the recruiter would never pick up. I also sent an e-mail but he never replied back. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I haven't heard from him since so I've just about given up on this position.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aerotek
Interview
Basic questions, wanted to see if you are a self-motivated person. Asked questions regarded hopes for income and hopes for future within the company. Was more of a conversation about yourself to find out the type of person you are.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aerotek (South San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
I went through a recruiter who linked me to Aerotek. The interview process began with a phone screening. It was about a 45 minute phone call discussing my background and what the role would consist of. I really enjoyed the recruiter I spoke with, Erin. Once the phone screening was over, I went in for an internal interview and met with two of the directors.
