Interview
The worst experience in interviewing so far. I traveled a total of 6 hours on the road for 3 interviews but after the last one I did not receive a follow up as promised. I reached out to the original recruiter a week later, only to be told that they now wanted someone with experience actually working in a factory. The recruiter was very apologetic and asked if I would be interested in another position with their company a hour and half away. I said that I would be willing to discuss it, and I still have not heard back from anyone again.
If I wasn't reassured throughout the process that I was strongly being considered, I would have never invested so much time and gas into a company that works the way they do. Their corporate office lacks diversity which should have been my first clue.

Interview
A recruiter immediately called me and set up an interview for the next time I was available. The questions the recruiter asked on me on the phone were the same questions they asked me in person. I was out of there in 30 min. I was called back for 3 potential jobs the very nexy day, but none of them fit me so I declined them. The recruiter seemed like they would help me find more. But, never called me again. I’m sure it’s because they need just in person interviews and names to look like they’re doing their job. They send out weekly emails with open jobs and I emailed the recruiter back saying I was interested in a few & why I’m qualified and I never heard back. Never using this recruiter or this company again.

Interview
Pretty basic. People I met with asked pretty common questions. I did appreciate the opportunity to participate in a 1/2 day shadowing. We could see what the job entailed day to day and sit down with fellow recruiters and management.
