Very thorough interview process and ask a lot of sales driven questions. Sell you on growth opportunity and if you’re interested in account management or sales earning commission it’s a great environment

Question 1
An obstacle you’ve overcome to get where you are today?
This is for a recruiter interaction, not a job at Aerotek. The recruiter called to ask about my experience. I went over things in my resume and past job experience. I had a few follow up conversations. The last time I spoke to a recruiter I was told I had an interview. The day of the interview I never heard from the recruiter and haven't since. I don't plan on using them for future employment opportunities.
Very direct approach. You are interviewed by other recruiters a they are specific and poignant with their questions - they are looking to understand whether you are ready to hit the ground running. I find this quite fair.
