I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was connected with Aerotek by a mutual connection. I saw the job posting and my resume was passed along to the contact. I was briefly screened by him over the phone before a more formal phone screen a week later. Following this phone screen I was brought into the San Jose, CA office for a one on one interview with a director.
After this I was offered another position and I withdrew my application. The entire interview process was professional and very well conducted. They did a great job making sure I knew everything about the position and the company.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Rochester, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Got a call from the corporate recruiter for a phone screening, then scheduled phone interview with her. Next was an in house interview with the director or operations. Then I was scheduled for a half day of shadowing. Everyone was welcoming and great so I was disappointed to get an email saying I wouldn't get the job. After all the work and effort that went into it all. They don't even show the courtesy of calling me to let me know.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Milwaukee, WI) in Jun 2015
Interview
I initially applied online and received a phone interview. This was your basic question and answer forum with brief small talk and background information. Upon completion, I was immediately offered a face to face interview at one of their offices. I ended up getting a job offer from a different company so I canceled, however, the experience was great for the introductory stage.
