Interview
I got a call and email and a LinkedIn message from a recruiter for a job they were looking at staffing. The interview was all about what I was looking for and some basic about me questions. The recruiter discussed with me a possible interview on a certain date pending a recommendation. I immediately sent the recommendation information after the phone screen. The recruiter contacted my reference and then dropped off of the face of the earth. She did not reply to my emails or calls.

Interview
After being selected for the role, you do a Phone Screen with the national corporate recruiter, which lasts around 30 minutes asking overall career goals.
Next you are asked to attend an in-person interview with the Director, which is one-on-one style. They really want to get to know your personality, as it is a very social environment.
Lastly, you are asked to do an in-person interview (half day) that lasts around 3-4 hours. You attend their morning meeting and then meet with about 3-5 recruiters for 30 min each shadowing them. They are testing what questions you ask and how engaged you are. Lastly you have an hour long interview with 2 account managers that ask tougher questions.

phone screen with internal recruiter who went over the type of position I was looking for. Once this was a fit, I met with the DBO and other senior account managers. They went through a packet and asked me certain behavioral questions that were tough. Stick the STAR method, and everything will go smoothly.
