Interview
I applied on my University's career website that specifically said they have recruiting positions open in their Chicago location office. I had the phone interview with the recruiter, which by the way was extremely delayed and unprofessional. After spending about 20 minutes speaking with the disinterested recruiter, she wanted to set up an on site interview. She tells me that they only have openings in their Oakbrook office when I had spoken with recruiters at the career fair who mentioned opportunities in downtown Chicago.

Interview
One phone interview:
-Very conversational and typical surface questions
Two interviews at the office:
-The first interview was what you would expect of any job interview
The second interview was more of an opportunity for me to see the day-to-day operations of the office followed by lunch with the future manager
