Pretty short it required 2 phone interviews and additional interviews from hire up executives since I did not live in the state I was applying to. All questions were simple and easy to answer. The longest part was waiting for the executive interview since they make the final decision.

so friendly.. it was one on one. After they set up time to interview, I came to their office and did the interview. The interview was nothing like you expect it. It is very relaxing and seems like any response you would give to their questions works. You have to be just present and be responsive. I just went and that was it.

Interview
The interview was a 3 step process. Phone screen then in person interview then finally a half day, which really took an entire half day. In the half day, they ask you they same questions every time you meet with someone new, the goal is to wear you down to make sure they are getting people that are committed to being there and who really want to be in sales. If you don't want sales, don't waste your time
