Interview
The interview process is very long. The first part is a phone screen with somebody from another office, next is a person to person interview, third is a behavioral interview and lastly is a shadow day with the office. At the end of your shadow day everyone in the office who met with you will meet up and discuss pros and cons and vote as to whether to hire you. 90 percent of the questions are behavioral and star questions. Also be sure to bring a notepad for your shadow day so you can jot down everything you learn. Most of it will not make sense in the beginning but it shows then that you are listening. If you want a job with Aerotek you must be patient. The process can take up to 2 months!
Hung up on me midway through call, did not call back despite me leaving multiple messages. Standard interview questions, it was as if she was reading off of a piece of paper and could not stray from it.
