I reached out to an Aerotek internal recruiter, was contacted a few days later. Did initial 15 min interview after that went well we scheduled another phone interview that lasted about 45 min. After the phone interview I had a 1-on-1 interview with the branch director followed by a half day shadow. During the shadow they ask very personal questions and try to make you nervous.

Was really great, everyone responded in a timely fashion and were extremely polite and helpful. The phone interview happens quite quickly after the job resume is sent in so prepare right away for it.
