I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Dublin, OH) in Jul 2013
Interview
The hiring process took a bit over a month, it was very long. I applied online and immediately was contacted by a recruiter through phone to set up a phone interview. Once I was done with the phone interview it took her a bit over a week to schedule an in-person interview with the Customer Support Supervisor who would be making the hiring decision. After the in-person interview she invited me the very next day to job shadow the position for a couple hours. It took about two more weeks until they made a decision. They kept delaying the process because of more interviews.
