I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aerotek
Interview
I honestly should have known better after reading how unprofessional this company is. I went through all stages of the interviews. My interviews were very successful. The recruiters expressed to me how much they enjoyed meeting/ speaking with me & how they thought I would excel in the role given my experience. When it was time to negotiate I was assured I would be contacted once they finalized the details.... then.... ghosted. I emailed a few days later, nothing. I called almost a week later after the last interview to ask if they had any updates or needed any additional information from me, nothing..
Through the process, I realized this is not my cup of tea anyways especially given how they ghosted me with absolutely no follow up. Although they mentioned how important communication was, they failed to prove that in their intake process. Interviews were pretty simple, they were just trying to get to know the candidates more. They even give the candidates almost like a cheat sheet with all things Aerotek and more about the specific position. I listed a few questions they asked but be prepared to answer behavior questions related to the role. I really dodged a bullet here so I am happy things didn't work out.
