Interviewers (senior recruiter and sales team manager) were welcoming and friendly. They expect that you are familiar with the recruiter position (pay structure, working hours, duties). What they are looking for are individuals who know what to expect from the position and are still willing to commit. So show that.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Aerotek (Braintree, MA) in Jun 2011
Interview
I was brought in for seven interviews. That's right, 7. You meet with senior management, senior recruiters and the branch manager. They ask a lot of questions, most that don't make sense or they are redundant.

Question 1
"Name a time where you..." They ask a lot of those.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Schaumburg, IL) in Apr 2013
Interview
Applied online, received a phone call and email follow up about a week or two later. Had me come in to do a panel interview in person, then asked to come back for a half day shadow, which I never ended up doing due to accepting a different offer. If I hadn't received the other offer I would have continued to pursue this opportunity.

Question 1
They send you a list of questions they'll ask you and how you'll be reviewed. As long as you read the packet, you'll know what they'll ask.
