Aerotek interview questions

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with them. The guy I worked with has moved on, but the other people there are fantastic too. They really worked with me to understand who I was and had a very good sense of what my capabilities were. Sometimes you can work yourself into a box as one title, but they were great at going over my experience and seeing if I fit other roles that I may not have been directly searching for myself. The thing I appreciated most was that they went through the interview process and then gave me a thorough critic on what I could do better or where I came across weak. I'm a bad interviewer, but great worker, and they helped me get better at representing that.

Very easy and friendly staff! Recommend it. Miranda in staffing is professional and helpful. Be prepared and we’ll presented to hold meetings many roles ask around. I don’t know what to right more.
