Will make sure you are sales and metrics driven for this role. Work hard play hard type of mentality. They look for sales driven competitive people that can hit the ground running.
Not very long and easy. I did not interview with Aerotek, but they did set up interviews with other comapnies on my behalf. The recruiter helps you through the other companies interview processes.
Interview process was fairly straight forward. I did a phone screen initially and then was brought into the office to shadow a few of the employees and then interview with two managers and a handful of employees. Very standard questions and not difficult.
