Interview
I applied online and they contacted me within a week. I did a phone interview with one of their recruiters; it was my understanding that I was being hired onto their recruitment team, but it became evident during our interview that they intended for me to work in sales, which I was never interested in.

Interview
First there is a phone interview with an internal recruiter, then an in person interview to view the office, a panel interview in the same day, then a lunch interview a separate day.
Multiple phone interviews; onsite interview that involved meeting multiple individuals at the site. Final interview with site lead and future supervisor. The part meeting and interviewing with multiple people was called a "half day" and was pretty exhausting but a good opportunity to ask questions of the people who worked there.

Question 1
Most of the questions they asked were behavioral focused on how I interact with people, what my style would be selling someone, etc.
