Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Previous work history and describe a situation with employee
Very smooth. Typical information gathering questions. Be open about what your transferable skills and tell a story. It doesn't have to be in the STAR format most times. You're not a robot. Just share how you think and process situations. This role takes a lot of flexibility and adaptability.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Covington, KY)
Interview
Two interviews one as a phone screening the second in person. This was a mess of a process and I was ghosted even thought they told me to meet for lunch and did not tell me it was canceled until after I asked where they were. Completely unprofessional.
