quick and easy. they called me then interviewed me over webex with a couple recruiting directors and then invited me to an office to shadow. the first interview by phone is essentially a personality screening. they want a sales motivated mind.

I had 3 interviews which I heard is pretty normal. They were pretty basic interview questions - greatest strengths & weaknesses, why you're the right fit for sales & recruiting, etc. Very personable people who want you to do well in the interview. They actually want to get to know you.
