Nice friendly. Asked a lot of questions and wanted to know what I wanted in a job. She looked over my interview and asked a few more questions and then she told me she would call.

Interview
Phone screen, in person interview with 2 managers, half day. First had a behavioral question phone screen with a recruiter for about 30 minutes, from there she set me up for a panel interview with 2 managers/directors. That interview was more in depth and asked a lot of hard behavioral type questions- they are really looking for someone with a lot of drive. After that there is a half day where you sit with several recruiters- bring a notebook and pen to take notes on and make sure you keep your phone away and you will be good for that one.

Interview
Three step process. Phone Screen, Face to face, Half day to shadow the work environment/atmosphere. The face to face is pretty laid back more about getting to know who you really are. Want people that can work longer hours and put their head down and reach goals.
