The interviewer lied to me about the available roles. He offered me a Lead role, but it turned out that the role is pure development (not even Tech leading). He used big names offered startup projects to catch my attention, but didn't say a word that this is consulting or outsourcing. To me they looked like either a recruitment agency. I learned all that at the second stage of the recruitment process, after I had spent time doing the Codility task.
