There are 4 rounds HR - Assesment - Supervisor - Ops manager - Core values - Sr ops manager
- The Sr ops manager round is optional and depends upon management if they would like to have screen time with you before final selection

1. They would like to know more about experiences you had in past and how your day to day responsiblity look like
2. Understanding of Trust and safety and What you would bring to the table
3. call Role plays to understand your critical thinking and follow up questions throughout
HR was very friendly and gave tips, the team who interviewed me were friendly as well and gave me ample time to speak. I managed to pass up till the last round where I was not selected.

Interview
I applied once in 2023 for the Safety Specialist position and managed to get through to the screening interview, but honestly, the hiring manager gave off some weird vibes. After that, I waited a year and tried applying again a few more times, but unfortunately, I got rejected as the recruiter didn’t even shortlist me the subsequent times, and I’m not really sure why it just feels a bit strange.
