Airbnb Project Manager interview questions

the interview process is a bit time taking. I went through 5 rounds and it almost took 3 months for the position to be closed. Assignments were given to complete and then those assignments were discussed. Later interview was conducted by Leaders from different departments who I will collaborating with.

On-site exercise (2 hrs prep, 30 min presentation) and 5-6 cross functional interviews. Interviewers we’re sharp but not totally structured. Some repetition. Some much harder than others. Core values interview at end was nice. Not sure two were needed.
