Have had two interactions with two separate recruiters, six months apart. Neither could be bothered to call me within half an hour of the scheduled time, or cancel, or reschedule, on multiple calls, which makes it very hard to fit an interview into a busy day. Be prepared to waste time sitting by the phone if you want the privilege of interviewing here. Also, if you are job searching while still employed, be prepared to get calls an hour or two later, after your lunch break you scheduled the call for has ended.

Question 1
When can you be available for to wait for a call indefinitely?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Airbnb (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter. Phone screen was standard. Technical phone screen a few days later with an engineer was a algorithm coding problem that took 30-45 minutes. Algorithm had to pass test cases. In person there were 3 1:1 coding interviews that were more slightly more difficult than the phone interview. The office was beautiful and everyone was very friendly.
