There are 2 layers of interview, 1st is taken by HR executive while another is taken by Area manager. HR executive will ask you questions on skills sets while Area manager will focus on sales and selling ability.

Four interview a person has to face.one online Aptitude test and three interviews..For cracking the interview you should have confidence in you and u should be very good at calculation part.Must know how to calculate ROI. Akzonobel prefer only experience guys.A lot of question to be asked about ur experince.

once CV are forwarded 2-3 weeks for aptitude test
after 1 week aptitude test, result is declared and interview is after 1-2 weeks later to that.
within 2 days I got confirmation call but offer letter is still awaited.

Aptitude test followed by easy telephonic interview. aptitude consisted of very easy questions. might get a call in 2 weeks. they will call you up for training on sales in mumbai. it will be for 30 days including both classroom and field training.
