applied online through careerbuilder.com, received a call from corporate HR a month later for a phone interview, followed by a technical corporate office interview within a month with the Director of Operations, Technology Manager, HR Manager, Plant Manager. I was invited for a last round of site-visit and interview with the Production Manager, Engineering Manager and the site/plant HR Specialist for a behavioral interview. Received offer via phone, followed by character check and medical tests. I accepted the offer.
Lots of open end questions, such as your weakness and strength. There is also a troubleshooting question with how to handle in process off specs. There two panels with three personnel per panel.

Interview
interview was about my pervious job ,very general Good questions, relevant to my specialization. Asked on fundamentals and judged the thinking process of solving the problems. Gradually went into depth depending on the answers. Honest replies expected, no bluffing. The interview went on for more than an hour. Happy experience overall.
