Hiring process was relatively simple - phone screen first, which was extremely simple (basic background & resume oriented questions). On site interview was at one of their DC's on the east coast. Went through 3 rounds of 1:1 interviews, one 15 min math question which was easy.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2008
Interview
My interview was 4 years ago. Things have changed since then however, mine consisted of a 3 person interview panel. It consisted of the Site General Manager, the Learning Manager and an HR Rep. They provided a math question which essentially was related to creating a staffing plan scenario based on circumstances they provided. There were questions that they sent to me earlier to answer and discuss during the interview that were extremely simplistic to answer and then other questions specific to my background and experience.

Question 1
I strugged with the math question due to the way that the details were provided and didn't expect them to want me to provide the math on a white board.
